Return & Refund Policy (14 Days)

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Almliebe. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


Return Authorization Required (RMA)

To return an item, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by contacting us at steffi@almliebe.com.
Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.

Once your return is authorized, we will provide:

  • A return confirmation and RMA number

  • Instructions for shipping or personal drop-off


Where to Return

You may either:

  • Ship the return at your own cost to the address below (using a tracked service is strongly recommended), or

  • Return the item personally to our store:

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in unused, unworn condition, with tags still attached and in the original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required


Customer Responsibility for Shipping

  • Return shipping is not covered by Almliebe (unless the item was received damaged or incorrect)

  • We do not accept parcels sent without prior RMA approval or “cash on delivery” shipments


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email steffi@almliebe.com right away. We’ll take care of the issue promptly and cover return shipping if necessary.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants, flowers)

  • Personal care products (e.g., opened cosmetics)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

  • Sale items and gift cards

Please reach out if you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return.


Exchanges

Want to swap for another item? The fastest option is to return your item (after receiving your RMA) and place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
